Kollywood to go for hunger strike

Nayan: Condemning the attack on Tamils in Karnataka following the Hoganakkal issue, members of the Tamil cinema industry have decided to go on a hunger strike. A meeting attended by Producers' Council President Ramanarayan, Vice President Sivashakti Pandian, other members of the council and actors Sarathkumar, Sathyaraj, Radharavi and Vijayakumar took place earlier today. It has been decided that there will be a demonstration in Hosur on Thursday. A formal announcement of the details of the demonstration will be made soon.
