Oru Kadhal Seiyveer is centered on promiscuity and premarital sex and its consequences.Bhargavan and Santhosh come together again after 'Kadhal Seiya Virumbu'. There is enough scope for sexually toned scenes and dialogue in a film with this subject. And though the director Bhargavan has exploited them to advantage (A certificate), this time he's more focused and less distracted by the erotic elements.
